Dear users, welcome to use the services provided by Volnau app. Please read the following service agreement before use. Using this application means that you agree to accept this agreement. This agreement has legal effect, especially the terms concerning the exemption or limitation of the company's liability. Please read it carefully.

1. Confirmation and acceptance of service terms

This registered user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "user agreement") is jointly concluded by the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and Shantou Chenghai Huifengda Plastic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Unless you have read and accepted all the contents of this user agreement, you have no right to use our software and services, and your use of our software and services shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to sign this user agreement.

2. Change and modification of service terms

The company has the right to modify the terms of service when necessary. Once the terms of service are changed, it will be prompted to modify the content on the important page. If you do not agree with the changed content, the user can give up the application information service. If the user continues to enjoy the information service of the application, it shall be deemed to accept the change of service terms. This application reserves the right to modify or interrupt the service at any time without notifying the user. The application exercises the right to modify or interrupt the service, and is not responsible to the user or the third party.

3. User behavior

3.1 user account, password and security

Once the user has registered successfully, he will become the legal user of the company and will get a password and account number. At the same time, this account password can be used to log in all the company's web pages and apps. Therefore, users should take reasonable measures to maintain the security of their passwords and accounts. The user shall be fully responsible for all activities carried out by using the password and account number; Any loss or damage caused by such activities shall be borne by the user, and the company shall not bear any responsibility. If the user's password and account are used without authorization or any other security problem occurs, the user can immediately inform the company, and the user should end the use of the account at the end of each connection, otherwise the user may not get the security protection of the company. The company has the right to close and cancel the user's account which has not been used for a long time.

3.2 prohibited behaviors in account registration

(1) Please do not register with the real names, trade names, stage names and pseudonyms of Party and state leaders or other social celebrities;

(2) Pretending to be any person or organization, or falsely claiming or causing to be mistaken for the name related to any person or organization;

(3) Please do not register the name similar to other netizens;

(4) Please do not register uncivilized, unhealthy names, or names containing words of discrimination, insult and indecency;

(5) Please do not register names that are likely to cause ambiguity or misunderstanding;

3.3 users are not allowed to publish the following illegal information and photos on the app:

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;

(3) Damaging the honor and interests of the state;

(4) Inciting national hatred or discrimination and undermining national unity;

(5) Sabotaging the state's religious policies and propagating heresy and feudal superstition;

(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order or undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;

(8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;

(9) Containing other contents prohibited by laws or administrative regulations;

(10) It is forbidden to harass, slander, threaten or impersonate other users of the website;

(11) It is strictly prohibited to incite illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration or gathering people to disturb social order;

(12) It is strictly forbidden to publish files or information that may harm the rights and interests of third parties, such as (but not limited to): virus code, hacker program, software cracking registration information.

(13) It is forbidden to upload other people's works. This includes other people's works that you download, capture or collect from the Internet;

(14) It is forbidden to upload Internet pictures such as advertisements, banners and signs;

If an individual or unit considers that the company has infringed upon his or her legitimate rights and interests, he or she should prepare legal proof materials and contact the company in time so that the company can deal with it quickly.

2、服务条款的变更和修改

本公司有权在必要时修改服务条款。服务条款一旦更改，会在重要页面提示修改内容。如果您不同意更改的内容，用户可以放弃应用信息服务。用户继续享受本应用信息服务的，视为接受服务条款的变更。本应用保留在不通知用户的情况下随时修改或中断服务的权利。本应用行使修改或中断服务的权利，不对用户或第三方负责。

3. 用户行为

3.1 用户账号、密码和安全

用户注册成功后，即成为公司的合法用户，并获得密码和账号。同时，该账号密码可用于登录公司所有网页和应用程序。因此，用户应采取合理措施维护其密码和账户的安全。用户应对使用密码和帐号进行的一切活动负全部责任；因该等活动造成的任何损失或损害，由用户自行承担，本公司不承担任何责任。如果用户的密码和帐号被未经授权使用或出现其他任何安全问题，用户可立即通知本公司，用户应在每次连接结束时停止使用该帐号，否则用户可能无法获得安全保障公司的保护。本公司有权关闭和注销长期未使用的用户账户。

3.2 账号注册中的禁止行为

（1）请勿以党和国家领导人或其他社会名人的真实姓名、商号、艺名、笔名进行注册；

（2）冒充任何人或者组织，或者谎称或者使人误认为与任何人或者组织有关的名称；

（3）请不要注册与其他网友相似的名字；

（4）请不要注册不文明、不健康的名字，或含有歧视、侮辱和下流字眼的名字；

（5）请不要注册容易引起歧义或误解的名称；

3.3 用户不得在应用内发布以下违法信息和照片：

（1）反对宪法确立的基本原则的；

（2）危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；

（3）损害国家荣誉和利益的；

（4）煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；

（5）破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；

（6）散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；

（7）散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；

（8）侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的；

（9）含有法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容的；

（10）禁止骚扰、诽谤、威胁或冒充本网站其他用户；

（11）严禁煽动非法集会、结社、游行、示威或者聚众扰乱社会秩序的；

（12）严禁发布可能损害第三方权益的文件或信息，例如（但不限于）：病毒代码、黑客程序、软件破解注册信息；

（13）禁止上传他人作品。这包括您从 Internet 下载、捕获或收集的其他人的作品；

（14）禁止上传广告、横幅、标志等互联网图片；
